Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

A formal relationship is only established upon signing a Client Agreement and processing the required payment.

Until that time, any communication from IME Advisors should be considered general guidance only.

15. No Guarantee of Visa Outcome

IME Advisors provides professional advice and application support to the best of our ability but does not guarantee visa approval. All final decisions are made by government authorities.

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

16. Force Majeure

IME Advisors will not be liable for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.

17. User Conduct
